- DISCLOSABLE BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP INFORMATION & ONGOING & ARRANGEMENT RISK ASSESSMENTS

- The JFSC are seeking feedback on:
- Proposals to collect information from 2026 on the nature and thresholds/extent of beneficial ownership information in line with the ongoing requirements of the Disclosure Law and
- Activities of entities to assist with
