As many people know, I (Mathew Beale) not only work at Comsure but also serve as a founding partner of iTrackAML I went online to explain what iTrackAML is and what makes it so fantastic (I’m not biased, honestly!).

On March 5th, I joined David Morake (CTO) of iTrackAML, alongside Nathan De La Haye (FinTech Lead at Digital Jersey), for a fireside chat on what's changing, what it means for your firm, and how technology is reshaping the way regulated businesses manage compliance.
The AML/CFT/CPF compliance landscape is shifting fast globally. In Jersey, we have forthcoming updates to the JFSC Handbook that include new requirements on complex ownership structures. Also, year after year, JFSC regulatory scrutiny has increased through annual data submissions, thematic visits and a growing expectation that firms can evidence their controls, not just describe them.
Some discussion points:
🔹 Why manual processes and spreadsheets are becoming a regulatory liability
🔹 The evolving expectations of our regulators (e.g. the JFSC and GFSC) — and how to stay ahead
🔹 Sanctions screening, SAR reporting and the lessons from recent enforcement actions
🔹 FATF effectiveness, grey lists and Jersey's global reputation — why every firm plays a part
🔹 Where AI and RegTech are genuinely headed
🔹 How iTrackAML is helping firms consolidate and modernise their AML/CFT/CPF obligations into a single platform
