The Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (JOIC) would like to learn more about your current awareness and views on the importance you may or may not place on your personal information.

COMPLETION INSTRUCTIONS
- The first page has only two mandatory questions. These answers help the JOIC meaningfully analyse the overall results.
- There are no personal questions from which you can be identified.
- However, you will sometimes see a comment box throughout this survey. Please be aware that these are optional, and you do not need to fill them in if you do not wish to. If you do fill in the comment box, please do not provide your name.
- Your questionnaire will only be saved once you click the “Finish Survey” button on the final page.
