The JFSC has published its performance against its SLA for Q2 2025. This quarterly report outlines the JFSC's performance in areas that matter most to the industry, particularly user experience and turnaround times.
This quarter, the JFSC reported performance against the same period last year, alongside year-to-date trends.
The JFSC is quoted as saying:
- While this is not the quarterly performance the JFSC hoped to share, the JFSC are committed to improving its effectiveness and will continue to be transparent with its stakeholders.
- Although performance later in the quarter showed signs of recovery, the JFSC recognise there’s more to do.
- Strengthening internal processes and improving the guidance the JFSC provide remain key priorities.
- Openness and accountability are critical.
In this report, the JFSC shares turnaround times for the following services:
- Personal questionnaires;
- Jersey private fund applications;
- Anti-money laundering service provider forms;
- Incorporations and registrations of new companies;
- Registration of new business names; and
