JFSC 2021 Supervisory Risk Data Collection exercise – update
On 4 February, the JFSC launched the start of its 2021 Supervisory Risk Data Collection exercise.
The JFSC are also requesting data from Insurance Businesses and Class P and Q General Insurance Mediation Businesses. (https://www.jerseyfsc.org/news-and-events/2021-supervisory-risk-data-collection-exercise/)
All relevant regulated businesses have been sent an email from myJFSC requesting the completion of the data collection workbooks that are relevant to their business. All workbooks, other than CIF, must be provided by 30 April 2022.
The JFSC will be sharing the Collective Investment Fund (CIF) workbook the week commencing 14 February. The submission deadline for this workbook will be extended accordingly.
