Jersey FIU – be aware of changes [03- April- 2023] to POLSAR and the User Guide Manual

Please be advised that from Monday, 03- April- 2023, the Jersey FIU is updating the online reporting tool (POLSAR) and the User Guide Manual to reflect changes to the formal FIU reporting process

The changes encompass several matters, e.g.,

  • Modifications to the Exemptions regime in Jersey,
  • Responses from the FIU responses to incoming disclosures and
  • Feedback from the FIU to disclosures.

To review the changes, visit the portal. The document is in the help section in the top left-hand corner of the POLSAR site after logging in.
