EU report says JERSEY remains GDPR adequate

The following is great news for individuals, businesses and data protection practitioners in Jersey and the other Crown Dependencies.
The EU has published its first periodic review of existing pre- GDPR data protection adequacy decisions. The report concludes that 11 jurisdictions, including Jersey, provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
