Are you ready for the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), which will have global implications for the financial sector and supply chains?

DORA sets uniform requirements for the security of network and information systems of companies and organisations operating in the financial sector and critical third parties that provide ICT (Information Communication Technologies) related services, such as cloud platforms or data analytics services.

DORA sets uniform requirements for the security of network and information systems of companies and organisations operating in the financial sector and critical third parties that provide ICT (Information Communication Technologies) related services, such as cloud platforms or data analytics services.

Chapter 2 of the DORA aligns with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. The NIST Cyber Security Professional (NCSP®) training program teaches organisations how to implement the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

What is exciting is that this training is available through

  • Comsure in the Channel Islands
  • CLBS in Mauritius.

In preparation for DORA going live in 2025, Comsure and CLBS are helping many financial services clients with their training, for example.

  • Board members are undertaking the NCSP® Digital Business Risk Awareness Certificate course.
  • Those involved in the practicalities of implementation are undertaking Foundation, Practitioner and Specialist level training.

I suspect many Channel Islands and Mauritius organisations, including regulators and the government, would benefit from the training program.
