Do not panic – Mathew Beale has not left Comsure. He is now a RegTech entrepreneur.

13/03/2026

Many kind contacts have recently asked whether I've stepped away from Comsure Compliance Limited.

I'm pleased to confirm: No, I haven't left – and I'm more committed than ever to supporting our clients across Jersey, Mauritius, and internationally through the Comsure Group.

However, I've also embarked on an exciting new chapter as Co-Founder & CEO of iTrackAML (ITrack Ventures Limited), a purpose-built RegTech platform transforming how regulated firms manage AML/CFT/CPF compliance.

Launched publicly in Jersey this month, iTrackAML addresses the real pain points compliance teams face:-

  • Siloed processes,
  • Manual spreadsheets,
  • Outdated tools, and
  • Rising regulatory scrutiny from bodies like the JFSC, GFSC, MFSC, FSA, FSC, etc.

To announce this update, on March 5, 2026, I joined my co-founder, David Morake (CTO) and Nathan De La Haye (FinTech Lead at Digital Jersey) for a fireside webinar hosted in partnership with Digital Jersey.

During the webinar, we discussed:

  • Why reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets is increasingly a regulatory liability
  • Evolving expectations from regulators — and actionable steps to stay ahead
  • Key lessons from sanctions screening, SAR reporting, and recent enforcement cases
  • FATF effectiveness, grey-list implications, and Jersey's role in protecting its global reputation
  • The realistic future of AI and RegTech (cutting through the hype)
  • How iTrackAML consolidates fragmented obligations into one intelligent, secure platform — featuring seamless onboarding, UBO mapping, global screening (sanctions/PEPs/adverse media), dynamic risk scoring, customizable assessments, and presentation-ready reporting

If you're curious about how iTrackAML could streamline your firm's risk assessments, onboarding, monitoring, or reporting or if you'd like to explore a demo, I'd love to connect with you and introduce:-

  • Gary McGlynn, Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales, iTrackAML Email: gary@itrackaml.com

Or you can dive straight in and:-

Thank you for your support and ongoing conversations, whether about Comsure advisory services or iTrackAML innovations.

Best wishes,

Mathew Beale
