The JFSC has shared its consultations and outreach initiatives for the year ahead, although the dates may be subject to change.
- Sustainable finance - Consultation
- The JFSC will outline the policy approach and seek stakeholder feedback on the proposed Code of Practice enhancements regarding sustainability and business integrity risks.

- Basel III prudential roadmap: 2025 H1 - Consultation
- As part of delivering its Basel III Roadmap, the JFSC will ask for stakeholder input on advanced approaches to credit risk (IRB approaches) and systemic importance, including requirements for systemically important banks to apply the leverage ratio and net stable funding ratio (NSFR).

- The JFSC will engage with Independent Proscribed NPOs ahead of migration to the myJFSC portal for 2026 data collection. The JFSC will email relevant entities to inform them of the changes and host a drop-in session in June 2025.

- High value dealers – Policing the perimeter - Other outreach
- The project aims to highlight the obligation on High-Value dealers to register where such activity is being undertaken, raise awareness of the risks of being targeted by criminals seeking to exploit cash-accepting businesses, and provide guidance on recognising red flags and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.

- As part of the JFSC MONEYVAL action plan, the JFSC will ask for input on proposed enhancements to the Handbook, which aim to provide clarity and additional guidance.

- In the first half of 2025,
- The JFSC is piloting changes in the format of its examination reports, which include a risk rating for each examination finding.
- Separately, the JFSC have reviewed its approach to how the JFSC assess and determines whether the outcome of an examination is potentially serious, which would lead it to consider our regulatory strategy for a firm.
- In Q3 2025,
- The JFSC will provide the industry with an overview of the key report changes and further information on how the JFSC approaches determining seriousness.

- As part of delivering its JFSC Basel III Roadmap, the JFSC will seek stakeholder input on a fundamental review of the Trading Book (FRTB) requirements, including market risk, trading book, and counterparty credit risk, and the subjects of the October 2024 PRA CPs, including large exposures and securitisations.
