
JFIU Proliferation Financing & dual-use goods typology

When the JFIU recently published its Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) for Q1 2025,
They stated that, in line with the Government of Jersey's publishing of their recent Proliferation Financing (PF) National Risk Assessment (NRA), they would publish a series of PF typologies to support Jersey's regulated sectors.
PF typologies
- The first of these PF typologies below [ATTACHED] will form part of a series that the JFIU will publish monthly until the end of 2025. The series will examine PF in detail.
- This first PF typology examines dual-use goods and the role that one of Jersey's financial institutions could play in the PF process. It includes a helpful diagram and discusses potential indicators, Suspicious Activities, actions, outcomes, and comments.
